Design water supply infrastructure onsite, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, fiber connection, and civil site planning for data center development projects.
Contract management for business-to-business sales, NDAs, MSAs, LOIs, and Ground Lease agreements.
Plan, budget, and schedule engineering design, procurement, and construction activities for 2.5GW of data center utility infrastructure.
Develop, review, and implement organizational policies relevant to business development, data center project development, and data center engineering practices.
Notable Achievements
Successfully led the design, development, and execution of multiple capital projects, including vendor negotiations and management, stakeholder communication, and project management initiatives.
Projects include:
1.6GW substation design in Western Texas for hyperscaler data center development.
including water, wastewater, fiber, and civil site development (i.e., roadways, easements, right of ways, stormwater management, grading, etc.)
550MW substation design in South Carolina for colocation data center development.
750MW natural gas turbine generation plant design and substation design in North Dakota. GE 7EA.03 turbines in 3x1 CCGT configuration.

Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities within the portfolio.
Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications or improvements, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
Develop and manage budget forecasts for each applicable Site, including OPEX and CAPEX, with strict budget accountability and regular financial plan status reports to senior management.
Develop, review, and implement organizational policies relevant to mission-critical facilities.
Notable Achievements
Successfully led the design, development, and execution of multiple capital improvement projects, including vendor negotiations and management, stakeholder communication, and project management initiatives.
Projects include:
Refitting data center electrical distribution systems, including complete site UPS system and battery replacement. ($15M)
Design and deploy a Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS] for asset management, inventory tracking, time logging, work order management, and change management. ($265k)
Retrofit and upgrade a full Building Automation System, including software design, hardware integration, and graphics customization. ($2.1M)
Redesigning and refitting AFFF fire suppression systems to use EPA-compliant, non-PFAS chemical agents. ($300k)
Replace a diesel backup generator, 2MW Caterpillar. ($1.2M)
Diesel fire water pump failure root cause analysis, redesign, and replacement. ($175k)
Reduced OPEX costs by approximately $5M across the portfolio of Technology Centers through contract renewal negotiations, vendor insourcing initiatives, and business operations standardization.
Redesigned the HVAC operating characteristics of the largest data center site in the portfolio to optimize energy utilization efficiency, resulting in a 30% reduction in electrical consumption related to mechanical cooling of the data center.
Implemented comprehensive change management processes to the Critical Facilities Engineering scope of work to minimize data center operations interruption while ensuring incidents were managed effectively through clear and concise communication with relevant management teams and client stakeholders.
Developed and implemented policies and procedures applicable to the entire organization for Facilities Management, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), comprehensive and standardized Five-Year Maintenance Plans, and EHS programs.
